Wedding cake martini

2 oz Vodka (Vanilla infused)
1 oz pinepapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1 packet Sugar (or substitute with equal/sweet n' low/etc..)

Shake ingredients with 2 cubes ice.
The final product should be a pink drink with a white froth on top.

Try Vanilla infused vodka for a better flavor.

my friend had this martini at his wedding! It was a huge hit, they had a small wedding and small cake but a big bar and a lot of wedding cake martinis were served all night long...

I barely remember how many I drank but these martinis are great and excellent for weddings -- just be sure not to spill any on your white shirt or wedding dress -- the cranberry will stain a little.

I have also seen the Wedding Cake Martini made with Malibu Coconut Rum instead of pineapple juice.

Don't know what's better, but it sure tasted great with Malibu! Not sure who's getting married next, but I'll ask for it with the juice next time...

Oh, I think so many will like it the wedding cake martini. It is like a cool wedding cake and unique cake is these.

When it comes of wedding cake martini I would choose this Apple green martini, this will be a perfect wedding cake for me.

That sounds like a divine martini recipe. I'm imagining the taste of it and it has that vanilla cake flavor -- minus the fluffy texture. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I think I'll try this recipe later tonight; especially since I have the vanilla vodka to make a proper wedding cake martini. Thanks for sharing!
